Honorary professor at the University, Claudine Bergoignan-Esper has taught health law and medical law at the law faculty of the University Paris Descartes. There, she created the first degrees binding medicine and law. In parallel to her university activities, she created and directed until 2012 the Center for health JuriSanté, offering a recognized expertise in the health law field and expressing itself through training, counsulting and expertise missions.
From 2010 to 2016, she directed Santé Service, home care institution of the Ile-de-France region. She is now vice-president of the Cancer League and member of the National (french) Academy of Medicine.
